Put both your hands and knees on the floor so that your body is in a horizontal line. See the picture above. Then relax your back muscles and look forward, letting your back and abdomen sink towards the floor. Once you relax your back the gravity will help you. Then slowly arch your back up by pulling your abdomen away from the floor. Repeat this exercise 4-5 times

    I’ve not tried the inversion machines yet.
    My favorite back stretchers are the following

    1. The Lumbar Extender Back Stretcher
    2. The Sae Arc Wooden Back Stretcher
    3. The Stretch Mate Orthopedic Back Stretcher

    I’ve been alternating between these back stretching devices for about 13 months.
    I feel much better now, I’ve eliminated all my sciatic back pain and I’ve also increased my height.

    I’m now looking to take things to the next level with an inversion machine. Is there one you could recommend as I am looking to increase the stretch to my back and spine.
